Krav Maga (Self-defense)

The event was at C.U.S. (sports centre), at 17:00

The place in which we made the event was a closed football pitch.

The Erasmus students came by bus there.

One of the Esn staff is a Krav Maga instructor (Andrea Martinelli) , and he gave them a demonstrative lesson about this self-defense discipline; the Erasmus students learned some skills and techniques useful to avoid aggressions and to defend  themselves against all kinds of attack in real life. In addition, The instructor raised awareness on violence (in particular about violence against women). The lesson finished at 18:30.

Finally, the Erasmus students came back by bus.
