When it’s cold and stressful out there, keep calm and drink your tea with us.
Come to our cozy event and just sink into the sofa with us. Get yourself some autumn tea with maple syrup, orange and ginger, a cocoa or mulled wine, and feel your heart melting down with all the love and support we’re gonna pour into your beverage.
How are we gonna do that? Whether something worries you or actually makes you happy, bring it in to share with others anonymously and listen to other’s reaction and words of support. We will write down on pieces of paper one thought that we want to share (a positive or a negative one, whatever you please) and then others will read it out for us. No need to confess which card belonged to you. Just see how many of us are often in similarly unpleasant situations and feel that sometimes, especially when you’re far from home, loving strangers can be your TEAm. Depending on the group and the general vibe, we might have in plans some more advanced mental health workshop activities such as drawing, as we have some Psychology students aboard.
