On Friday, November 15, we’re hosting a judo initiation session designed for beginners. No experience needed! This is your chance to try out the basics of judo in a beginner-friendly setting. Just bring along a comfortable pair of long pants and an old or sporty T-shirt.
Whether you’re interested in learning self-defense, improving fitness, or just having fun, this session is perfect for you! Come discover the beauty of judo and meet others who are trying it out for the first time too.
