The goal of this webinar is to give some knowledge about the skill of Active Listening and take awareness about its importance and usefulness in professional and personal life.
Description
This webinar has been organized within the job fair named "Il Salone delle Professioni e del Lavoro" organized by Campus Oriental. The presentation is focused on the acknowledgment of the Active Listening skill and how to implement and develop it thanks to professional and personal experiences. During this webinar, participants are involved in brainstorming and Q&A sessions. By speaking of the experience of ESN, participants received also some useful tips and suggestions about how to train the skill.
