To show that there are foreign students in České Budějovice and that they have something to say.
This year's Flag Parade was the fourth year - previous years were also organized in cooperation with ESN VSTE Budweis and we organized them as an International Student Club.
Around 3 pm we met at the top of Lannova Avenue, from where we went towards the square. International students had flags of their countries, sung in different languages, and when we arrived at the square we took a photo together.
By the next year, we would like to revive the event and give it a deeper meaning (e.g. FlashMob against violent, trash picking...).
We showed the inhabitants of the city that there are many foreign students in České Budějovice. Students had the opportunity to represent their country and explore the city.
