Goal of the Activity
Teach the Erasmus students the skills and the process needed to prepare from scratch some typical italian dishes
Description
With the help of professional chef trainers, we had a beautiful evening, during which the students learned how to cook many dishes and made different types of pasta from scratch.
At the end, there was a dinner with the food they prepared
