This activity not only offers a fun way to learn Briscola (trump), Scopa, and Ruba mazzo but also creates an opportunity for Erasmus students to share their traditions and learn from others, promoting integration and friendship in the international student community.
To introduce Erasmus students to Italian culture, we explain to them to play Briscola (trump), Scopa, and Ruba mazzo during the evening. We started by doing a short introduction on the games in which we explained the basic rules, the goal of the game, and the two decks that we will have used (the Neapolitans and the Piacenza ones) We then divided the participants into small groups and tried to play 1 staff- 1 Erasmus so that they could see practically how the game worked and we could revealing them some trick or idiom typical of our culture. Once Erasmus understood the game, we organized 4 players' games.
