The goal of the activity is to help international students get used to the gym for the students ,while at the same promoting a healthy lifestyle but also raising awareness about the people with accessibility needs through various games.

It’s all about moving, laughing, and enjoying the vibe, no pressure, just good energy. Come ready to sweat a little, have fun, and find buddies that also like to exercise !🏃
