The goal of the introduction days for new exchange students was to provide a warm welcome and introduction to the city and its culture, as well as to help students settle in and adjust to their new surroundings. During these days, students had the opportunity to meet the ESN board, learn about the city's history and attractions, receive practical information on things like transportation and accommodation, and participate in fun social activities. The aim was to create a supportive and inclusive community for the students, and to help them make the most of their time studying abroad in the Netherlands.
Thursday, 1st of September
The first day of introduction days for Erasmus students was held at Inholland University of Applied Sciences Haarlem. The activity started at 9:45 AM. Students met each other, got familiar with the study program, campus and received information about living in the Netherlands 🇳🇱
Friday, 2nd of September
We prepared the City Escape Tour for our new students, who were trying to find a secret exit from the city as quickly as possible and the winning team was rewarded!
12:00 - Everyone gathered in front of the Duwo building and headed to the starting point of City Escape Tour
13:00-16:00 - City Escape Tour
17:00 - By this time the students got back to the Duwo building where the first get-together party of the semester was held! 🥳
