- Promote international student mobility;
- Clarify the doubts international students might have about mobility during this COVID-19 pandemic;
- Motivate ESN volunteers to continue the good work during these particular times.
We could count with the kind collaboration of a member from the international board of ESN International and another one from the local board of ESN Portugal. During this period we organized two online interviews, throught lives on our ESN Porto's instagram. The first person we interviewed was João Vasco, the treasurer from ESN International and the second person was Joana Ribau, the president of ESN Portugal. During the interviews we discussed a few topics such as: the personal and professional growth of these people inside the network; personal strategies to deal with quarantine times in a healthier way; the impact of COVID-19 on the future of international student mobility; ESN International's research report on the impact of COVID-19 on students' mobility in Europe; physical and virtual mobility; message of hope to our listeners.
We had some technical problems during the interviews due to bad internet connection and audio quality, so that's something we would have to be more careful with, next time. Besides that, we believe that the message we wanted to share was well communicated and our aim with the event was well reached.
