Goal of the Activity
The aim of this activity was to enable Erasmus students to acquire new manual skills to make homemade pasta, learning the production process from milling the flour to preparing it with basic ingredients: water and flour.
Description
International students participated in a workshop on how to prepare pasta. They were divided into five groups, each tasked with making a different type of pasta. At the end of the preparation, they ate what they had made. Additionally, they had the opportunity to see how a windmill works and how experts in this field can transform grain into flour using natural elements.
