Goal of the Activity

The goal of the activity was to introduce our newbies to what ESN stands for, what do we do here and why, to teach them about our organization (mission, vision, values, causes, events, projects) and to integrate them to our departments with the help of specific workshops. We wanted to welcome them and encourge them to take active part in our volunteering activities and also to see how they can benefit from these activities on a personal and professional level.

I'm happy to announce you that you have been accepted to become the newest volunteer of ESN Cluj-Napoca! 🥳

Some things you have to know about the next steps:
We will have INDUCTION DAYS between 8th and 9th of October at the UBB Canteen, we will present the organisation, have workshops and play some fun fun games 😁 

The agenda is the following:
Saturday, 8th October:
12:00-18:00 General presentation of ESN

12:45-13:15 ESN 101 (general presentation of ESN)

13:30-14:15 ESN 102 (presentation of the Board, the people behind the positions)

14:30-15:00 HiT & Intro Days presentation

15:00-15:10 Our pointing system & rules of the trial period

15:10-15:30 Kahoot 

15:45-17:15 Human Library (story sharings from the Board and other invitants)

Social programme: Karaoke night! 🥳
Sunday, 9th October:
12-14 HR department training
14-16 Communication department training 
16-18 Event Planning department training
