Goal of the Activity
The main goal of the held activity was to promote unusual but healthy and intense workouts, such as this one, in order to face one's fears, embrace failure and learn about persistence and resilience.
Description
With indoor climbing, students got both aerobic and anaerobic exercise engaging and working for all muscle groups simultaneously while using and improving balance and coordination. It's a place for trust-building, camaraderie, and self-confidence.
