🎟️ Ticket policy: we're all about spreading the icy joy, but unfortunately, we can't offer refunds if your plans melt away. If you find yourself unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to another eager skater. Just make sure to let us know in advance (24h before the event) if you plan to pass the frosty torch to someone else and to whom.
