Goal of the Activity

Equip participants with the skills and mindset needed to build and utilize professional networks in Denmark. Since many jobs are secured through networking rather than traditional applications, this workshop helps students and job seekers understand the importance of networking, where and how to connect with potential employers, and how to effectively present themselves in professional settings.

Description

Many jobs in Denmark are found through network  There are many ways to find and meet your future employer - some are random because you meet through networking and/or your networking circles are crossed and others are arranged through the traditional application process

Through this workshop, you will understand why networking is important when searching for a job in Denmark. What should you do to get started? Where do you meet people? How do you start and expand your network? How do you approach and use your network in the job-hunting process? You will also practice your "networking pitch" together with other students.

There will be free sandwiches and beverage at the event
