Goal of the Activity
Learn and make pasta like orecchiette and cavatelli.
Description
We brought our people to our office and taught them how to prepare orecchiette and cavatelli from Bari and Foggia through a small workshop and then afterwards they too, following instructions, prepared different pasta shapes typical of the Puglia region.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
