The objectives that led us to organize this activity are many: to make discover to our Erasmus the Italian culture (in particular cuisine); to allow them to make friends in a special context that helps binding and creating friendships; to celebrate Halloween together and to organize a team building activity.
The activity consists in having a professional kitchen equipped for a whole day, in which the ESNers propose and teach typical Italian recipes to the willing Erasmus (divided in two shifts: lunch and dinner ). The first edition included an ad hoc menu for Easter: Cannelloni, salty Easter cakes and a special tiramisù combined with Easter eggs.
For the second edition a more classical menu' was made, which consisted in: Ravioli, filled zucchine, pizzette and a strawberry crostata.
