Goal of the Activity

The goal of the activity was to teach some of the most famous recipes of Italian cuisine such as lasagne or tiramisu to the international students.



The partecipants were divided in small groups each of all supervised by an ESN volunteer. Every group had the recipe and the instruction to cook a whole menu (the same for every group) and at the end of the cooking phase every group had the chance to eat what they cooked. To make everything funnier the two REs of the event tried a bite of every delicacy cooked by the groups to nominate a winning group. The winners received an "ESN - how to cook" branded apron.

We did this activity twice in the semester, and the numbers refer to one instance.
