The workshop was one of six small events (one for each Cause) that we organized during Erasmus Days to celebrate 30th birthday of ESN. This event represented Environmental Cause and was supposed to give the students tips on how to be eco-friendly in Brno. Also, it was one of 30 events by which we celebrate the 30th birthday of ESN, together with ESN MENDELU and ESN VUT as ESN Brno United.
We started by introducing ourselves, and we also asked all participants to tell us their names and why they decided to come to this event which was interesting to hear. After that, we started with the presentation where we gave some tips on how to be eco-friendly in Brno because we didn't want to force them into anything, rather give them tips on what are the options in Brno and then let them choose what they want to do.
They were also asking questions, and there were some points missing so I edited the presentation and later sent it to them, so that they can use it later. We also brought eco-friendly products that we use in our daily lives so that they can have some inspiration.
In the second half of the workshop we prepared the tote bags, colours and other stuff, and let them decorate it however they liked.
The students were very active, they asked questions and the atmosphere was very cool. And I hope it gave them some tips to use in their daily lifes.
