To foster awareness about the mission of LÖSEV, Children’s Leukemia Foundation, while having fun and effective activities using non-formal education methods.
In the begenning the OC handed the partcipants pieces of orange ribbons, which represent the support for those who fight with leukemia. Participants were informed about leukemia, the organization LÖSEV and the importance of the LÖSEV Awareness week, November 2-11 . After the discussion the game started with everyone spinning the wheel which had questions related to cancer, leukemia,
LÖSEV, awareness, etc. and participants took turns to guess if the sentence was correct or not. Everyone was included in the game's exciting environment and
everyone all claimed they had fun. After the game, paints were prepared and with everyone's attribution the cloth was painted with 5 different colours. The cloth was
put away to dry and participants started to write letters for the kids with leukemia, showing their love and support. After the writing session was done participants and
OC played table football together. When the cloth was dry, the photo session started with the cloth that was painted together and this beautiful event came to an end with
satisfaction and warmth in hearts.
