The goal of the activity was to offer international students living in Madrid the posibility to discover one of the biggest parks we have in Madrid while meeting other students and ESNrs promoting both physical and mental health. Also, due to the Social Inclusion Days in order to participate in the hiking the International Students had to bring food to donate to those in need.
We met with the international students at the exit of the metro station and as soon as they arrived they were divided into 2 groups of up to 6 people in order to respect all Covid-19 restrictions.
Due to the Social Inclusion Days in order to participate in the hiking the International Students had to bring food to donate to those in need.
Once all the groups were made, the 2h30 hiking started. The two groups did the hiking one after the other respecting the distance between each group, everyone kept their masks during the whole activity.
We stopped in some points during the trail to admire the views of Madrid.
