ESN Health and Well-Being Week was held this year in a very delicate period, in which it risked being very difficult to be able to take care of yourself and your body. Our goal was to invite ESNers and international students to take care of themselves while maintaining a healthy life despite the lockdown, and to share with the network - through simple and fun stories on Instagram - the activities carried out to do it.
Eat fruit and vegetables, eat a good breakfast, drink water, don't use the phone for at least an hour, read, exercise.
The initiative was shared on the section's social profile, its members and some newbies, with satisfactory results and constant and enthusiastic participation. Unfortunately there has been very little participation by Erasmus, many of whom have already returned home or are about to return.
