Halloween Party

We contacted the disco and they reserved a space for us. We also rented a bus since the place was outside Parma, and we organized 3 different shifts to go and come back from there. One group was going at 22:00 and coming back at 2:00, a second group was going at 23:00 and coming back at 3:00, and another one was going at 00:00 and coming back at 4.00. We opened three different Jupiter events where Erasmus participants could choose in which shuttle to go and come back. In the fee also a drink was included.
