Goal of the Activity
The goal of the activity is to introduce students and residents to the voluntary organizations of the city and to promote their activities.
Description
As a part of the 2nd Welkom, "WelKOM@Εθελοντισμός vol 2" was organized on Saturday morning, in the park of Agia Paraskevi, in the center of Komotini. Active people from over 40 voluntary organisations, NGOs, cultural, sports clubs and agencies were waiting to introduce themselves, network and collaborate in a great celebration of volunteering, with experiential workshops and events, sports and socio-educational activities, creative activities for the environment, digital and educational games, exhibitions, music scenes from young local bands, social dance and dj parties.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
