Goal of the activity
During the Coronavirus pandemic the Veneto region in Northern Italy was heavily damaged. Hospitals and the medical personnel were in urgent need. To show support and appreciation to the medical staff we decided to organise a fundraising to help them cope with the crisis.
Learning Objective for the participants
We shared on our online accounts the fundraising activity and explained why it was important so that international students could understand and be aware of the crisis situation we were facing.
Result of the activity
The activity was greatly supported by our team and international students. It was particularly easy for us to share this activity because we used the Verse app which allows people to share money in a safe way while staying at home.
