Goal of the Activity

The ESN Frankfurt's Culture Nights are organized with the purpose of introducing students to different cultures. The French Evening is our third event from our serie of "Culture Nights" and was organized in order to present the French culture, by using different elements (presentation, Kahoot Quiz, food, wine, songs in French, and outdoor games in the park) to make the event more interactive.

Description

The evening started with a Kahoot quiz about France (historical, cultural, about food, etc...). Then, we presented the national holidays and traditions of France. Followed by a free time to enjoy some French food (cheese, quiche, wine, French cookies...), and discussions. We finished the evening by playing a few games of "Balle aux prisonniers", the equivalent of English dodge ball.

Bonjour tout le monde ✨

Dear Erasmi, we are happy to announce our third Culture Night. This time, it's the turn for France! 🇫🇷🥖🍷

It's the opportunity to enjoy a French evening in Frankfurt, at Campus Westend!
We will start with a quiz on Kahoot with random facts about France and a 101 course to get started with the French language!
Do you think you know France because you can say Croissant, because you picture us with a beret and holding a baguette? Trust me, there is way more than that! 😉
You'll also have the opportunity to try some French food (cheese, wine, quiche...)! 🧀🥘

We will continue in Grüneburgpark afterwards to play some games! 😁

Feel free also to bring your own snacks and drinks!

Can't wait to see you! A bientôt! ☺️🙌
