Goal of the Activity

The goal of this activity was to raise awareness among Erasmus students about human rights, encourage critical thinking on real-world issues, and empower them to take action in cases of human rights violations. This aligns with ESN’s Social Inclusion Cause, which promotes inclusivity, equality, and the active engagement of students in creating a fairer society.

Description

On International Human Rights Day, ESN Anadolu organized an event dedicated to exploring the importance of human rights. Erasmus students participated in a poster design workshop to creatively express key human rights themes and engaged in a discussion based on a real-life case study of human rights violations. Through this activity, participants analyzed the situation using critical thinking and discussed possible solutions and actions to address such violations. The activity aimed to educate, inspire, and encourage students to become advocates for human rights in their own communities, fostering a sense of responsibility and inclusion.
