The project is guided by the ideas of reducing consumerism or promoting upcycling, among others. As part of the event, the students helped, among other things, to clean up the place; in addition, those who had just finished their semester of exchange at UAM left their unnecessary items so that those who had just arrived could take them and use them during their stay in Poznań. We chose the date of the event precisely because of the turn of the semester, so that both these groups could benefit from it. We also invited the international community from Poznan University of Technology to participate in the event.
