In order to more extensively and qualitatively prepare our volunteers to handle events management-related tasks more independently, we decided to organise an online training series to achieve just that.
Structure-wise, this event followed a two-part formula. The first workshop, held on 07.02, introduced the participants to the details of an events manager-specific workflow, complete with guidance on how to use the G Suite, Google Drive, ESN's Activity Registration System and more to achieve their goals. As a follow-up, the workshop held on 11.02 focused on ways in which the participants could find inspiration for event ideas in synergy with the six causes of ESN, both online and offline - other sections' FB/IG pages, the ARS, direct BP transfer etc. Thanks to this training series, the participants have become properly well-versed in the theory of ESN events management and have received access to the full range of resources to translate this knowledge into actual awesome events!
