The main goal was to celebrate 20 years of the creation of ESN CZ in 2002. To commemorate this occasion, all local sections, their alumni, their HEIs, institutional and commercial partners of ESN CZ as well as volunteers from other National Organisations and ESN AISBL were invited.
The event started with a conference where the history of ESN CZ was introduced together with our achievements throughout the history. The representatives from DZS (Dům zahraniční spolupráce - national agency for higher education in the Czech Republic) presented the results of the first one ever survey on satisfaction of foreign students with their studies in the Czech Republic. The first-ever History Book of ESN CZ was formally introduced as well.
The conference was followed by a Gala Night where the anniversary was properly celebrated.
The event concluded on Saturday when participants gathered at the dormitory of the Prague University of Economics and Business (VSE).
Throughout the whole event, participants were motivated to share their experience with volunteering in ESN since there were both active members and alumni among the participants.
