Yoga session for health and happiness!

Sessions include a mix of:
• Guided relaxation through the breath (pranayama)
• Light yoga & stretching (asana)
• Insights into the nature of mind
• Guided meditation
• Question & answer session

Veronika is a teacher of the University of Tartu (School of Economics and Business Administration), yoga teacher for more than 10 years and SKY Campus Happiness Program teacher.
