Goal of the Activity
The goals of the activity were to promote good working relationships between volunteers, to help the volunteers know more about the traditions of Christmas, to foster creativity and to improve team communication.
Description
For Secret Santa, the names of the volunteers from ESN ASE-CMP Bucharest were drawn randomly and each person in the group was assigned to get a gift for another volunteer. There was a price limit. After buying the presents, the ESN volunteers gathered together and the gifts were anonymously exchanged. During the meeting different games, created by the HR department, were played that helped strengthen the bond between volunteers.
