Events like this bring Erasmus and International students together, giving them a chance to meet up with their friends, make new ones, try new activities, learn, and relax. Our goal is to organize events with a wide variety of topics, including cultural, social, sports, or parties. These are the perfect times for cultural exchange and networking, and in the process they strengthen the multicultural community at the University of Pécs. Moreover, these social gatherings give chance to unforgettable moments that the students will bring with them whenever they go home from their studies.
Beer Pong tournament for 16 teams. First a group round with 4 groups of 4 teams, the 2 best teams from each group go through to the bracket stage. Top 8 teams play a single elimination bracket until a winner is decided.
Registration is managed through Google Forms, then participants are added to a WhatsApp group for easier communication (rules, transportation to the venue, etc.).
In the group stage the 4 teams in each group play against each other, meaning there are a total of 6 matches. Winners get 3 points, draw is 1 point for both, losers get 0. Group ranking is decided based on points. Then in the bracket stage the winner goes to the next game and the loser is eliminated.
