Goal of the Activity
To give students to opportunity to practice pole fitness as a way of staying fit during their exchange in Malta
Description
The instructor allows students of any level to participate, focusing one each individuals ability and strengths. Every week she introduces them different styles of pole fitness exercises, including, sporty, artsy, choreography, flexi and calisthenics . Each class has 20/30 minutes of stretchin,warming up the body and reconnecting the body to mind before any exercise.
