Goal of the Activity
To teach new volunteers about ESN and how to organize correctly different types of activities.
Description
New volunteers joined more experienced ones for a weekend away from the city, in a rented location equipped for hosting groups. Volunteers spend two days sharing every aspect of the day. More experienced members of ESN Padova held workshops, games and discussion sessions, aimed at team building and teaching new volunteers practical organizational skills as well as how the ESN network works.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
