Goal of the Activity
To introduce new volunteers to ESN.
Description
ESN volunteers are invited to attend a two-day retreat in a private location. More experienced volunteers hold workshops, games and team-building activities to teach about our section, how to organize events, soft skills, the ESN network and volunteering to newbies.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
