Showcase music whether international music or from one's own country. Recognize the skills of people by giving them a stage they can perform on. Connect people through music which is a universal language.
Description
The Open Mic takes place in a live music bar here in Utrecht three times per semester on Sunday afternoon from 2-5pm. The Music Club prepares the event by doing a sign up form where people can register in case they want to perform (so that then a set list is created) as well as assisting those people during the performance. The event is always closed by the ESN Band playing which is mainly formed out of internationals that practice together once a week for the open mic.
