Goal of the Activity

Bringing awareness to mental health and creating a safe place for our members

Description

 

The day has come! The first team day of the year is dedicated to mental health and youth, and will be a full day of workshops and training, involving time management, relaxation techniques, mental health issues and a yoga class.

 

This event will happen on the 5th of October (national holiday) at Livensa Living Lisboa Marquês de Pombal, beginning at 10am and ending at 6pm.

 

This is the detailed programme:

 

10:00: Time Management Workshop - Beatriz Lamy (alumna)

11:00: Coffee break & energizer

11:30: Relaxation Techniques Workshop - Catarina Paulo (newbie)

12:00: Lunch @ A Rampa

14:00: Mental Health Issues: how to deal with them? - Psic. Cláudia Barroca Silva (@claudiabarrocasilva.psi)

15:30: Coffee break & energizer

16:00: Yoga class @ Parque Eduardo VII - Beatriz | Professora de Yoga (@flui.com.yoga)

 

Some things to keep in mind:

- this is a free event, thanks to a grant! Therefore, it is an excellent opportunity for us to get new soft skills in such an important matter.

- since there will be a yoga class, it is necessary for you to bring the most comfortable clothing possible.

- if you have one, bring a yoga blanket, if not, bring a beach towel, because yoga will be outside in the grass!

- we will give you a participation certificate!
