The activity aimed to increase the training of local Board Members or whom aims to be one, in the near future, so that they could have additional tools to manage their Section and at the same time understand the administration of the Network at national level. All this also in the interest of their future candidacy for positions in ESN Italy
In times of global pandemic, we had to adapt our usual approach to the National Training Event; we therefore crafted a new format exquisitely online, focusing on four main topics suggested by the recent feedback of our National Network: HR, Communication, Organization activities related to Causes and Events. We structured the agenda in 4 days, scheduling different sessions throughout evenings and the weekend. Participants had the opportunity to choose the sessions closest to their interests, which would ensure attentive participation. We have also planned the participation of International Trainers and a session on UNESCO, in order to provide not only notions of the ESN environment but also different and more specific points of view, to inspire and promote among our volunteers wider thematics.
