Route: Schulstraße - Kirchgasse - St. Georgs Weg - Langer Graben.
The big Parade takes place every year in a different village and every 4 years this is Rum. The parade will start at several points at the same time.
Winter has returned to the country and the Christmas season has come to an end. After the tranquility of the past weeks, a new spirit is stirring in the villages surrounding Innsbruck: The Muller and Matschgerer go around!
The figures who parade through the village in their traditional costumes and larvae symbolize the 4 seasons. The "Abmullen", a more or less powerful hit on the shoulder of viewers, is considered an honor and recognition, as well as a fertility ritual. Figures include groups of witches, Zottler, Tuxer, and bears.
