The main goal of this activity was to boost participation of Yeditepe University students in Internship Mobility. Since this event was organised by ESN Yeditepe's current members that previously went on Erasmus internships, the agenda was built on struggles and best practices that were experienced by these ESNers.

Outcomes
This event was organised right after midterms week which was a cause of concern in terms of participation. However, thanks to the amount of PR Support received by Yeditepe University and it's respective departments such as Career Office, Club & Events Office, International Relations Office and the university's respective Instagram account. The extreme level of visibility provided combined with the event being open to all students resulted in a participation that was way more than expected.
In terms of guest speakers, besides ESN Yeditepe members and alumni, Eduk8 Facilitator and ESN Türkiye's National Representative Betül Kurban joined online to give her presentation. ESN Ege University's Board of Auditor member Enes Çevik was also hosted physically. This further strenghtened the collaborative aspect.
It was also noticed that the participants felt really comfortable asking questions to the speakers and even networking with them at the end of the sessions. The overall feedback received from the participants after the closing was that it was an extremely productive session with clear & effective instructions.
