The main goal of the meeting was to provide international students with essential information regarding their stay in Bucharest, explain the role of International Relations Offices and ESN in providing support during the mobility period and give updates regarding the activities that are being organised by ESN UniBucharest as part of Welcome Weeks, as well as foster some interaction, even if in an online format.
The learning objective for participants was to gain knowledge about the city of Bucharest and its facilities, the most notable sights in the country of Romania, the local and national COVID-19 safety regulations, how to obtain and utilise the ESNCard, how to get a local buddy through the BeBuddy Programme and, lastly, how to sign up for the events organised by ESN UniBucharest.
As a result of the activity, the international students found out what they needed to know in order to have a qualitative mobility experience, in terms of academics, social life, personal health, and not only.
