On the 11th of October, the event "Civic engagement and European citizenship for beneficiaries of mobility projects (incoming and outgoing)" started the day before in Bologna with a conference continued directly in respective local territories, visiting some educational institutions
of the Region, specially identified in collaboration with the Regional School Office for Emilia-Romagna. The goal of the activity was to promote the Erasmus Days, introduce the Erasmus programmes to students of high schools and other educational institutions, and also to let them know about ESN.
ESN Rimini was designed to go to the Educational Insitution of Ravenna Lis Morigia Perdisa in Ravenna. So we contacted our collegues of ESN Ravenna to join us for the presentation. We were accompanied by a local spanish teacher and Erasmus Ambassador.
The presentation took 2 hours and was about our experience as students participating to different Erasmus programs and the way it changed our lives and impacted on our growth. In addition, we explained how the ESN association is a fundamental part of the program either in the country of destination and in the country of origin. The Erasmus Ambassador Lady then presented some various experience she had while taking high school students abroad during some different programs and the benefits they had from learning in different countries and speaking other languages.
At the end we received some questions and everybody enjoyed the time together.
