The aim of the event was to enhance young people's career development and employability by addressing the mismatch between the education system and the labor market. Through the EMLT+AI Project, interactive learning modules and AI-powered platforms were introduced, offering personalized learning and mentorship opportunities. This initiative empowers students to acquire 21st-century skills, fostering international mobility and improving employability across Europe. The event emphasized the importance of such projects in bridging educational gaps and preparing youth for future career paths in a globalized world.
The event took place at Anadolu University, a session focused on the EMLT+AI Project. The session was designed to inform attendees about the project's goals and its impact on youth employability and career development.
We began with an introduction to the project's objectives, including its efforts to address the disconnect between education and the labor market. After outlining the project’s structure—13 interactive modules and an AI-powered platform—we discussed how these resources help young people acquire crucial 21st-century skills. The professor then shared insights on how personalized learning and mentorship can empower students to advance in their careers.
Following the presentation, we facilitated a hands-on demonstration of the AI platform, showing participants how they can access tailored learning paths. This was followed by a Q&A session where students and attendees asked questions about the project’s implementation and its potential benefits.
The event also involved discussions about the importance of international mobility and how the project aims to increase opportunities for students to engage in cross-border learning and work experiences. Overall, the session was interactive, offering both theoretical insights and practical demonstrations to ensure the attendees could fully understand the project’s scope and its potential for improving employability.
