The aim of the event was to create your own bags for use during shopping. The participants were able to create something of their own, get creative and start using created bags instead of plastic disposable bags. The event allowed us to reflect on the negative impact of plastic on our environment and show a simple way of caring for the environment.
During the event, students using fabric paints created their own graphics on cotton bags. Finally, they could take their work with them and use them proudly on a daily basis, limiting the use of single-use plastic. Participants were able to get creative and create their own cotton bag designs. The event made it possible to present the ecological problem, i.e. the amount of plastic used when shopping for food. The event was also a demonstration of an easy-to-apply method of caring for the environment. The event was created as part of Social Impact Days.
