Goal of the Activity
The goal of the activity is to collect waste and cleaning the Cascine Park, poiting out the importance of environmental sustainability.
Description
We gathered in Piazza Vittorio Veneto, togheter with Plastic Free Toscana. After briefly explaining the activity, its importance and all the safety measures to properly perform it, we began the clean up.
We collected several bags of waste and understood the importance of such activity and the impact that even a small piece of gargabe has on the environment. After the activity, we ate togheter, avoiding plastic and single-use materials, discussing the activity done. We finished the day by playing sports in the park.
