Amarcort Film Festival it's a short film competition and it's for young filmmakers and independent productions. The Festival, even though being local, is recognized at international level and hosts also foreign filmmakers.
The goal of the activity was the improvement of the Italian language, since dialogues were very simple and in some shorts there were also English subtitles. At the same time we wanted to introduce our erasmus students to the emerging Italian cinema.
On Monday evening at 9 pm Erasmus students gathered at the Tiberio Cinema in Rimini with our Esn volunteer. They took their seats in the cinema and enjoyed the Recollection, an evening all "made in Italy", composed of 10 Italian shorts that were not selected as finalists at Amarcort Film Festival 2022 but that deserved to be.
The audience was called to vote for the best of the 10 Italian screened shorts and be doubly protagonist!
The most voted will be finalist of the section "Amarcort" of the 15th edition of the festival (scheduled from 22 to 27 November) while the second place will be the last finalist of the 2022 edition of "Il Giro del Mondo in 80 Corti".
