The goal of this online CV and Motivation Letter workshop, conducted via Google Meet, was to equip the new members of ESN Existanbul with the essential skills and knowledge to create compelling, professional documents that effectively highlighted their qualifications and aspirations. The workshop aimed to provide practical guidance on crafting tailored CVs and motivation letters, focusing on formatting, language use, and how to align personal experiences with job requirements. By the end of the session, attendees had gained confidence in presenting their strengths in a clear, concise, and impactful manner, ultimately enhancing their personal skills and boosting their chances of securing job opportunities and internships.
