Cup Pong Tournament

We contacted our local partner Cosmica Eventi and we organized a Beer Pong Tournament at Circolo Arci Mu. The staff of Cosmica Eventi were at the bar and provided us with security guards, while the volunteers managed the whole tournament. We opened the registrations for the event on Jupiter and we also sent the participants an Excel File where they could register their team for the tournament. Once we had all the teams, we decided to go for a knockout format because there were too many participants. The winners got a free entrance to Giovedrink, a party organized every Thursday by Cosmica Eventi at Circolo Arci Mu. For those who wanted to, there was the Giovedrink party included in the fee after the tournament.
