Goal of the activity
Our goal was to both to teach exchange students to cook traditional Italian dishes and to learn how to prepare traditional dishes of the countries from which Erasmus students came from.
Learning Objective for the participants
Exchanging knowledge in the culinary field with cooking lessons in the local language.
Result of the activity
The participants had the opportunity to improve their culinary skills while practising foreign languages, as well as to increase their knowledge in the field of interculturality.
